Frequently asked questions
If you pass the interview stage, we’ll offer you a contract – your Clipper Race Crew Agreement. This is a legal document that sets out what we will do and provide, and what we require of you. Please read it carefully and thoroughly and do seek legal advice or support if any elements are unclear. It’s important to remember that by signing it you will be bound by all of the terms and conditions contained within it. This is where the adventure becomes a reality. You should ask yourself; do I really have what it takes; can I commit the time (do you need an agreement with your employer/business partners); do I have the finances in place; are my family and friends supportive and is there anything that could happen in the interim that would prevent me from taking part?
Our team can work with your time frames. Some applicants need time to consider each stage, whilst others want to fast-track and start training as soon as possible. The Recruitment Team will be there to support you through the process every stept of the way.
